Hmm. My web classes are having an effect on me... I have made this whole site AAA/Priority 3 accessible.
You'll notice no difference whatsoever unless you turn the stylesheets off. Now, as far as I'm aware, you can't do this in IE but in Firefox you can. Site looks rather different without CSS... and that, I'm proud of. No presentational elements whatsoever in my html except strong and em stuff cos that's still accessible.
I hadn't planned on making this site accessible... see, it's only a useless personal site that's been copied millions of times and is nothing original... but meh, I did it anyway because I care (I met a blind girl on a forum and since then I've been paying particular attention to accessibility because I know how frustrating she finds it when she cannot navigate a site correctly).
