PHPAskIt 3.0 released

PHPAskIt 3.0 has (finally!) been released.

Summary of changes in this version:

  • Introduction of templates for easy customisation
  • Automatic WordPress integration
  • New default layout
  • User-end question searching
  • Cleaner URLs
  • Summary now optional
  • Admin panel enhanced by AJAX
  • CSRF protection
  • FAQtastic import script added

Full upgrade instructions are included in the script's readme file for those wishing to upgrade from versions 1.x or 2.x.

    I adore AJAX control panels. :P Does the script work on non-WP platforms?

    ^ Of course it does, how do you think I have it working here? :P

    The auto-WP thing is in there because a lot of people were finding it hard to edit the files in order to get their WP themes to show up properly. But it will work with normal headers/footers if you're not using WP.
