How is it already nearly September?! I have no idea where time seems to be hiding these days, it seems I wake up Monday morning and then it's suddenly Sunday night and I'm doing the whole thing over again. Where are those days when I had too much time and too little to do? I miss them :( And while I'm at it, where on earth is summer this year? England doesn't seem to be having one. It's cold and raining and boring just like it always is, yuk.
Thank you for all the Ruby tips, by the way (and yes Rachael, I did read yours before I snipped them out - Akismet wouldn't have any of it otherwise). I think I'm getting the hang of it, but obviously I'm nowhere near as good with that as I am with PHP (and I'm not hugely great at that either - the finer points still escape me) but I think I'll get there eventually.
Um, yeah. That's about all I can think of to write. I'm so terribly boring. When I think of something less boring to do/write about then I will post again, ooh.

I know the feeling. But I'm excited that it's nearly September because my hubby will be home in a little over a month.
Now that I'm back to school I have a routine again and it keeps me busy so that's nice.

Doesn't the fact mean that it's almost the end of August mean that it's almost your birthday?
Yay for you reading the links. I was hoping that my googling-efforts weren't in vain... =(

Meh, birthday schmirthday... Not really very excited about it this year. The fact that it's my birthday used to remind me that school was about to start (it usually started exactly a week after my birthday - this was not something I looked forward to, but I did usually look forward to my birthdays) but now it just reminds me I'm getting ooooold. :(

You're as old as you feel ;)
I miss the days I had too much time too, although I can't really remember them, it seems like I have always had stuff I wanted to do :P

Awh, Amelie, don't be sad about it being your birthday! Be happy! Birthdays are a good excuse to eat cake. Not that one needs an excuse.

When's your birthday? Mine's impending, so skipping over August and trumpeting the arrival of September means that I don't get the pleasure of eating birthday cake in a few days..

^ My birthday's on Monday (27th).
It's a bit depressing because it reminds me that summer's almost over... Not that the UK had any summer this year, but still :\

Tell me about it! I'm actually not complaining because I hate the summertime. I prefer the spring & fall. I feel most comfortable then.
