Yep, go for it. As for where can you do this, where can you do what? The translation? The download? The link?

Depends what tutorial it is. If it's an installation one, don't bother - there are loads of useless ones out there already as well as two official ones.

What script do you use to power your fanlistings?
I wrote it myself. And no, I won't be releasing it.

Why can't I search less than four characters? I wanna search "cat". :(
It's a strain on the database. Oh, and I see you were looking for 'jem' not 'cat'... Not sure why you want to search for Jem but there you go.

CAN YOU make some tutorials about how to install your ask and answer script?
The "tutorial" is the readme file. Please read it, it'll tell you how to install the script. But in summary:
1. Create a MySQL database (ask your host how to do that if you don't know) or use an existing one.
2. Put the MySQL details into config.php.
3. Upload everything to your server.
4. Go to yoursite/install.php in your browser, that will do the rest.

This is probably a very stupid question, but how do you install a mySQL database?
It varies from host to host. You need to have a plan which allows MySQL, then in your control panel you should have options to create databases. If in doubt, ask your host.

Why did you take PHPAskIt off CodeGrrl?
I just felt it was time to move on. Ever since CG's security issues, the site and everything associated with it has received a bad name and that's not something I wanted for my script. I am eternally grateful to CG for distributing my script for the past two years but I think it's best if it's managed elsewhere now.

target="_blank" is what you're looking for.
Please note though that this is not a helpdesk... If you want help with scripts/sites/whatever then CodeGrrl is probably your best bet. In future questions like this won't be answered here.
